Credito Agency is a company with over 15 years of experience in the financial sector, specializing in debt management and other financial services. Their goal for 2024 is to reduce reliance on third-party services. We have been collaborating with Credito for over 5 years on web development and design. Our most recent collaboration resulted in a custom software solution specifically designed for collection agencies and financial institutions, optimizing their operations and strengthening their technological independence.

Our main mission was to determine the time and resources required to reduce their reliance on third-party software. We needed to set a clear and precise goal by defining both the production timeline and the essential features of the software to ensure maximum efficiency and optimal control for Credito.

We aimed to ensure the software was both intuitive and tailored to specific needs while guaranteeing a smooth transition for the teams, all within a secure and high-performance framework.
